Risk Assessment
Our group has been utilizing a combination of computational approaches (for example,
PBPK modeling and
clonal growth modeling)
and targeted experimentation to understand and predict the risk associated with exposure to
chemicals and
chemical mixtures
. Among other applications, this information has been used to the create a
cumulative risk assessment framework/approach for the US Environmental Protection Agency.
