Dr. Lyons is an Adjunct faculty member in the Department of Environmental and Radiological Health Sciences at Colorado State University. His research interests are in the application of physiologically-based pharmacokinetic modeling to the analysis of drug and toxicant disposition, particularly in the areas of protein binding and GI tract absorption, and in the use of Monte Carlo techniques and Bayesian inference to examine the impacts of population variability and uncertainty on ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion).
