Clonal Growth Modeling

Chemical MixturesΒΆ

We use in vivo (gas uptake chamber studies, modified Ito bioassays), in vitro (immortalized keratinocyte transformation studies), and in silico (PBPK modeling, clonal growth modeling, biochemical reaction network modeling ) techniques to explore the toxicological interactions that result from exposure to chemical mixtures.

Over the years, our group had looked at the interactions and health risks associated with a wide variety of chemical mixtures, some of which are included in the following table.
